Job Description

Contribute expertise in extrusion processes to achieve production targets, focusing on high efficiency, optimal productivity, quality, and punctual delivery.
Organize and manage staff training, including on-the-job training (OJT), to enhance skills in efficiency, waste reduction, product quality, and flexibility, ensuring staff reach their full potential.
Lead initiatives in continuous improvement processes aligned with company standards, including lean management, QMS, and EHS regulations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and quality systems (e.g., BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety), and other regulations, including anti-bribery and data privacy frameworks.
Support new product implementation and perform other tasks as assigned by the superior, contributing to the overall success of production operations.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specializing in mechanical, mechatronics, plastic, or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in technical process engineering, with expertise in extrusion and/or plastic film lamination manufacturing.
